Wilderotter Vineyard. (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) respects your concerns regarding the confidentiality of personal information provided by you. This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes the Company’s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information on or through its website (the “Site”). By visiting this Site, and/or using the services offered on or through this Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Notice, please do not use this Site. As we update and expand our services, this Privacy Notice may change, so check back to this page from time to time. This Privacy Notice is incorporated by reference into, and part of, the Terms and Conditions of Use, which governs your use of this Site. This Privacy Notice only applies to personal information (as defined below) that we collect through this Site and your online interactions with us via email, online forms, or other online communications. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that you may provide to the Company, or that we may obtain, other than through this Site, such as in person at our winery, by phone, through postal mail or through other live and print media. We may interact with you on third party sites where we post content or invite your feedback, such as Facebook or Twitter. This Privacy Notice does not cover the privacy policies of these third party websites. You are responsible for viewing and abiding by the privacy policies and terms of use posted on these third party sites. You may opt in or opt out of our sharing of your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes by following the directions in the “Right to Opt In and Opt Out” section below.


You must not provide us with your personal information if you are not of legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence and (if different) in the jurisdiction in which you are accessing the Site. We do not intend to collect personal information from any individuals under the legal purchase age, or to market alcohol beverages to anyone under the legal purchase age. If we receive notice or believe that someone under the legal purchase age has provided us with personal information, we will make every reasonable effort to remove such personal information from our files, or to flag such personal information and (to the extent permitted by law) retain it for the sole purpose of ensuring that it is no longer used.


Personal Information: Your privacy is important to us. If you enter a sweepstakes, contest, promotion or answer a survey, you will become a registered user (if you aren’t one already). We may also ask you for some demographic information, such as your age. If you choose not to answer, you probably will not be able to participate in the sweepstakes, contest, promotion or survey. We may sometimes use a third party application on Facebook or other third party website to host a sweepstakes, promotion or contest. In those instances, the information you provide will be submitted to the third party and their privacy policy will govern the use and disclosure of the information you submit. Mandatory information must be entered in the information fields marked with an asterisk in the data collection forms. If these fields are not completed, we are unable to address your query or to provide the services requested.


You are entitled to access, correct and delete your personal information to extent we are required by law to do so, and opt in and/or opt out of certain uses of your personal information.For example, at the time you are requested to provide personal information on this Site, you may have the opportunity to elect to, or not to: (1) receive promotional correspondence from us, or (2) have your personal information shared with other entities for their marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
