Our beautiful Blanc de Noirs is a slightly blush sparkling wine with fine, tiny bubbles. It is produced in the classic French style – Méthode Champenoise – developed by Benedictine Monk Dom (Pierre) Perignon in the Champagne district in 1638. With bright citrus aromas, the mousse brings along these same notes in the mouth, with a lingering finish of citrus that begs for another taste. Made from 100% Pinot Noir. Disgorged March 4, 2015.
